We will visit your home to evaluate what areas needed to change (consultation usually takes an hour). No consultation fees will be charged if you decided to work with us.
2. Redesign Service (i.e. re-working on your existing décor)
We will come back and start staging your home with the existing décor and furniture if you are on a budget. If you need our help to find furniture and décor, we will do the shopping for you.
3. Personal Shopping Service
Staging by Style will do the shopping for you. We will discuss the items you need and we will take care of the rest. We know where and how to shop within your budget.
4. Furniture and Accessory Rental – Occupied House
If you want to make your house more appealing and look brand new for the prospective buyer, we will suggest furniture and accessory rentals. We have inventory offers a variety of home décor items, including framed art work, lamp, silk plant, linen, decorative accessories and furniture.
5. Furniture and Accessory Rental – Vacant House
Vacant homes require full or partial staging, depending on your request. We suggest using rental furniture and accessory rentals. The total cost would depend on your budget and your decision to maximize sales appeal.
